Privacy Policy

1.Who is responsible for your data

SportsPickz (Radom, Poland), the operator of the Service, is responsible for your personal data. If you have questions about this policy or how we use your data, email us anytime at support@sportspickz.com.

2.What personal data we process

We collect only the data we need to run the Service and deliver Picks, plus data you give us voluntarily.

2.1 Telegram data. When you start a chat with our bot, Telegram gives us your account number, username and the name set in your profile. We do not get your phone number.

2.2 Quiz answers. If you take the quiz, your answers are saved in your browser. They reach us only when you continue to checkout or our bot.

2.3 Technical data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of access, pages visited and the referring page, recorded in server logs.

2.4 Access and payment data. Your Subscription status, Trial and billing dates and the customer ID from Whop. Payments are handled by Whop; we do not receive or store card numbers.

2.5 Email address. The address you enter at checkout or on our free-pick form. We save it right away, even if you do not finish checkout, and use it to deliver Picks if you choose email.

2.6 Consent records and delivery log. The text you agreed to at checkout, with the date, time, IP address and browser, and a log of which Picks and messages we sent you and when. We keep these as proof in case of a payment dispute.

2.7 Visit source. Campaign parameters in the ad link (for example utm_source, fbclid) and a random device ID.

2.8 Meta pixel data. IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and events on the Service (starting and finishing the quiz, going to the bot, starting checkout, starting a Trial and its value), unless you opt out (section 8).

2.9 Visit statistics. Our server records which page was opened and which step was taken, the campaign parameters, device type and a random visit ID. We do not store IP addresses or use cookies for these statistics.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, ID documents or phone number.

3.Why we use it

1. To deliver Picks and manage your access, through Telegram or email.
2. To tailor Picks to your quiz answers.
3. To send account emails: confirmation, Trial reminder, receipts, yearly reminder and cancellation confirmation.
4. To follow up once on an unfinished checkout.
5. To answer your questions.
6. To run, secure and maintain the Service, including blocking fake bot sign-ups.
7. To respond to payment disputes (chargebacks), using the records in section 2.6.
8. To measure which ads work, including with the Meta pixel.
9. To meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting.

4.Who we share data with

We do not sell your email address or quiz answers. We share data only with service providers we use to run the Service, when the law requires it, or in connection with a sale of the business. Today we use:

1. Whop — payments and membership management.
2. Telegram — delivering Picks through the bot.
3. Our email provider — sending Pick emails and account emails.
4. Hostinger — website hosting and email.
5. Hetzner Online — the server running our bot and payment handling (European Union).
6. Google — web fonts used on the site.
7. Meta Platforms — ad measurement (Meta pixel), unless you opt out. Under some state laws (for example California), this may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising.

5.International transfers

We operate from the European Union and our servers are in the EU. Some providers (Whop, Telegram, Google, Meta) process data in the United States or other countries. We use providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards.

6.How long we keep data

Access data: for as long as the Subscription lasts and 3 years after. Consent records: at least 3 years, or 1 year after the Subscription ends, whichever is longer. Contact data: deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact. Emails from unfinished checkouts: up to 12 months. Server logs: only as long as needed for security and operations. Visit statistics (section 2.9): deleted after 120 days. Sales records: as long as tax law requires. Quiz answers stay in your browser until you clear them.

7.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what data we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your data for targeted ads.

To use your rights, email support@sportspickz.com. We reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

8.Cookies and your privacy choices

Always, because the site needs it: we save your quiz answers in your browser (localStorage), so you don't have to start over, and your privacy choice.

For ad measurement: we save a random device ID and the ad campaign parameters, and load the Meta pixel, which sets Meta cookies (for example _fbp, _fbc) and sends Meta the data in section 2.8. Meta may also use it for its own advertising under its privacy policy.

You can opt out anytime with "Your privacy choices" in the footer of any page. We then delete the data saved for ad measurement. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. The site and quiz work the same either way. You can manage Meta ad preferences in your Meta account.

9.External links

The Service may link to other websites. We have no control over their content or privacy practices.

10.Age

The Service is only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.

11.Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures: HTTPS encryption, restricted database access and access keys stored outside the website code.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always at sportspickz.com/privacy.
