SportsPickzYou can cancel anytime, by email or online in your Whop account. Here is how, and how refunds work.
1.How to cancel
- By email to support@sportspickz.com, or reply to any of our emails. We cancel as soon as we receive your message.
- Online in your Whop account: sign in at whop.com with the email you used at checkout, then Orders → SportsPickz → Cancel.
No reason needed, no fees. There is no cancel button in the Telegram bot; email or Whop is all it takes. We confirm every cancellation by email.
2.What happens after you cancel
- Cancel during the 3-day Trial and you are not charged the $29.
- Cancel during a paid month and you keep access until the end of that month. No further charges are made.
3.Refunds
- Picks are digital content delivered right away, so fees are non-refundable and there are no credits for partial periods (Terms, section 6).
- Exceptions: if you were charged after cancelling on time, or we did not deliver Picks as promised (Terms, section 7), we refund the affected amount within 14 days.
- To ask, email support@sportspickz.com from the address you signed up with.
4.Charges on your statement
Charges show as WHOP*SPORTSPICKZ. Don't recognize one? Email support@sportspickz.com first. We usually sort it out the same day.
